🚚 Shipping Policy

All cookie orders are baked fresh to order and shipped from Lakeland, Florida.
We currently ship nationwide via UPS Ground to ensure fast, reliable delivery and freshness.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package has been shipped.

Transit Time
UPS Ground typically delivers within 1–4 business days, depending on your location. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can receive the package promptly to avoid heat exposure.

Shipping Schedule
To keep your cookies as fresh as possible, orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Incorrect Addresses / Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Manna is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays once the order has been marked “Delivered.”

Returns & Replacements
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mannacoffeeandbakes@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

🏡 Local Pickup Policy

We offer local pickup in Lakeland, Florida, for select items such as our sourdough loaves, cinnamon rolls, and other fresh baked goods.

Pickup Location & Times
Pickup is available at our Lakeland home bakery.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with the exact pickup details and address.

Pickup hours are typically:
Sundays — 1:30-2:30PM
Additional pickup times may be available upon request.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared. Most bread and pastry items are baked the morning of pickup for maximum freshness.

Missed Pickups
Because all items are baked to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for missed pickup times. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Order Changes
If you need to modify your pickup order (items or date), please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order at mannacoffeeandbakes@gmail.com
