Refund policy

Because our products are made fresh to order and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been baked or shipped.
We take pride in crafting each item by hand, and every cookie, loaf, and treat is prepared with care to ensure the best quality.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
We may offer a replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in process.

Local Pickup Orders
Because all pickup items are baked to order, we are unable to issue refunds for missed pickup times.
Please contact us promptly if you need to adjust your pickup schedule.
